Back on this Sunday 10am-12noon

A monthly session, focusing on the flow of prana ( life force energy), enabling prana to flow freely through the chakras x🌟

We open the heart space and settle into presence , with meditation and mantra, setting our intentions x🌟

We cleanse the energetic and physical body through a series of kriyas, for prana to flow freely x🌟

Then we settle into a deep, guided journey of yoga nidra, accompanied by the shamanic drum and sound bowls. Here we are able to truely release, let go and restore. We arrive at a place, of deep peace and potential, ready for the month ahead !! X🚀🌟🚀

Our monthly chill session is happening next Sunday x🌟

This is a session to embody deep peace and rest.
Through meditation and mantra we still the mind, open the heart and come to a place of trust.
Through a series of standing kriyas( breath practices) we cleanse and clear energy blockages. We are then ready to be guided into a deep meditative state of Yoga Nidra and sound, where we rebalance the nervous system and open the chakras x
