Thursday night training:

A great session tonight focusing on 6 players playing out from the back against 4 applying pressure on a small pitch. The boys worked hard to support each other, move the ball well and create options.

A competitive match finished off the session, with some great football on show! 👏

A fantastic performance from the boys to kickstart the season! 👏

The boys showed incredible effort, commitment and determination throughout. We had plenty of the ball, created lots of chances and battled brilliantly, especially in the second half. The tackling and work rate were immense! 💪

A tough game tonight with the boys having to battle hard, and dig in deep at times . Plenty of effort and we also created a few chances at the end to nick the win, but it just wasn’t to be.

Tonight we worked on overloading the defence in 2v1 and 3v2 scenarios, focusing on communication and movement to create space. Some really good attacking play and defending, with the games staying close right to the end!

Great session from the boys tonight! 👊⚽

We worked on our passing and 3v2 attacking play before finishing with a competitive match full of great tackles, passing, goals and brilliant effort from everyone.

A special shoutout to our Trainer of the Week, Riley ⭐ for an excellent session, with some fantastic passing, great defending and a brilliant all-round performance.

Another great training session for the boys tonight!

This evening’s focus was on possession play, with the players working on moving the ball through different zones, supporting the player in possession, and improving their movement off the ball. We then put it all into practice with a competitive numbers game and finished with a match.

Trainer of the Week: Denver
A well-deserved shoutout to Denver, who looked after the ball brilliantly during the possession drill and made some outstanding tackles throughout the game.

Another great session with the boys tonight! ⚽

We started with a passing drill before moving on to our shooting practice, working on cutting in from wide areas and using our weaker foot. The lads showed great effort throughout and improved as the session went on.

The numbers game was as competitive as ever, and we finished with an exciting 3v3 match, with the non-bibs edging a brilliant game 5-4.

A big congratulations to Jax, our Trainer of the Week, for an outstanding session, including some excellent passing and a well-taken goal. 👏⭐
