This is a HUGE moment for our Ninja Tots!

Our Double Green Stripe graders have reached the very top of the Ninja Tots programme and officially completed this stage of their martial arts journey! 💚👏

From their very first classes, learning how to listen, follow instructions and have the confidence to join in… to now becoming the highest belts and leaders of their group.

Just look how far they’ve come. ❤️

But earning their Double Green Stripe isn’t the end…

🎓 NEXT SATURDAY IS GRADUATION DAY!

They’ll officially graduate from Ninja Tots and take the exciting next step into our Little Ninjas Programme! 🥋🔥

New challenges. Higher expectations. More skills to learn. And a whole new journey through the belts waiting for them!

A HUGE congratulations to our Ninja Tots who have earned their Double Orange Stripe Belt! 🧡👏

These guys are now our most experienced Ninja Tots and that makes their role in class extra special.

They’re the ones our newer Tots can watch, follow and learn from. ❤️

They know how we line up. They know how we listen. They know how we train. And they’re beginning to understand that being one of the highest belts means setting the example for everyone coming up behind them.

It’s amazing to think how much confidence, independence and ability they’ve developed since their very first class. 🥹

Our Ninja Tots have successfully completed their Double Red & Double Yellow Stripe Gradings, and just look how far they’re coming! 👏❤️

At this age, every grading is another opportunity to build confidence, practise listening, follow instructions and experience that amazing feeling of working towards something and achieving it.

They might be little… but these are BIG moments! 🥹

Every new stripe is something they can be proud of and another step forward on their Ninja Tots journey.

Our smallest martial artists are taking on a BIG challenge today… grading has begun! ❤️

For our Ninja Tots, grading is about so much more than remembering kicks and punches.

It’s about having the confidence to stand up and have a go, listening to their instructors, following directions and showing everyone just how much they’ve learned. 🥹🥋

For some of our Tots, this is their very first grading and the start of an exciting journey through the levels!

There might be a few nerves… there’ll definitely be lots of smiles… and hopefully plenty of proud little faces when those new belts are handed out! 🙌

🤸‍♂️⭐ BALANCE & COORDINATION... THE BUILDING BLOCKS OF CONFIDENCE! ⭐🤸‍♀️

Did you know that every hop, jump, kick and obstacle our Ninja Tots complete is helping to develop their balance and coordination? 💙

One of the biggest milestones at this age is learning to jump with both feet together. It might look simple, but it's actually a skill that's built over time through lots of practice, encouragement and repetition. 🌟

These important skills don't just help in martial arts—they support children in everyday life too!

🤸 Greater body awareness
😊 Increased confidence
🧠 Better concentration

Our fun games and activities are carefully designed to help little ones learn through play, building essential life skills while having lots of fun.

Every little jump, every hop and every smile is a step towards becoming stronger, more confident and more coordinated.

He couldn't decide who deserved Star of the Class because they were all just too cute! 🥊❤️

Ottilie absolutely smashed her Double Orange Stripe grading today and showed fantastic focus, confidence and determination throughout. 👏❤️

And a massive congratulations to Clarke, who showed everyone that she is more than ready for her graduation from Ninja Tots! 🌟

From those first sessions finding her feet on the mats to becoming a confident little martial artist, it's been amazing to watch her grow.

🥋🖤 A huge congratulations to our Ninja Tots who completed their final grading in the Ninja Tots programme today! 🖤🥋

As the belts progress, so do the expectations, and for these young martial artists this grading was all about focus, listening, confidence and showing the skills they've developed throughout the programme. 🌟

What makes this grading even more special is that it's often the first real step towards independence. For many of these children, it was their first time being examined and completing a grading without mum or dad by their side. ❤️

Being under examination can feel intense at any age, but these little superstars showed incredible courage, focus and determination, proving just how much they have grown throughout the programme. 👏

We are incredibly proud of how far they've come. From those first nervous sessions to confidently stepping onto the mats, following instructions and performing on their own, the transformation has been amazing to see.

This belt isn't the end of their journey... it's the beginning of their next adventure as they move up into Little Ninjas and continue developing confidence, independence and life skills through martial arts. 👊🔥

Well done everyone. You've earned every bit of your success and we can't wait to see what you achieve next! 🌟🥋❤️
