We still spaces left for our AquaFlow Fitness class this coming Monday 7:30pm at !

This extra special workout is suitable for all ages and abilities.

We start with around 30 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity, then move on to more targeted muscle strengthening and yoga inspired stretches and flows, ending with a short relaxing floating session (1 hour total time)

Aqua aerobic exercise gives you a good all round cardiovascular workout, gently increasing your pulse and breathing rate, so is also great for helping to improve your heart health;

It strengthens and tones – the resistance of the water means that you are working lots of different muscles as you move;

It improves flexibility - while the support of the water means it is low impact, greatly reducing the risk of muscle and joint injuries;

It’s a great stress reliever! – Workouts are fun and designed to lift your mood and improve your general wellbeing;

The gentle yoga based stretching, breathing and relaxation can help create better posture, increased energy and cardiovascular function;

The buoyancy of the water with low-impact exercises can help relieve tight muscles and joints to improve day to day mobility and flexibility;

Focussing on breathing and movement in the warm water can help you feel calm and relaxed and can help with general wellbeing and good sleep.
