This is genuinely who Intro to Fitness is built for. Not the gym regulars. You the person who knows they've let it slip, wants to get back to it, but walking into a packed CrossFit class sounds absolutely terrifying.
Four weeks. Eight sessions. Mondays and Thursdays at 6:30pm. Twelve spots. Β£75. That's it.
You'll learn how to move safely. You'll get coached through every rep. You'll meet people exactly like you doing the exact same thing. And by the end you'll walk into a regular class knowing you belong there.
