Balloon volleyball has quickly become a Thursday favorite! This enjoyable game enhances hand-eye coordination, and using balloons allows participants to take their time, making it easier to react. Plus who doesn't enjoy some fun with balloons? 🎈

It was wonderful to see some participants from our Disability Sports Day group enjoying the Technogym virtual studio cycling last Thursday! 🚴‍♂️

Caique loves speeding around the track on the adapted bikes, so this was an excellent alternative given the rainy weather; he even chose the colour of the lights! 🌈
