The Limited Edition S-Cross MTB MKII is designed to handle one thing really well: the trail.

Shimano CUES 1x10 gearing with a Shadow Plus derailleur. SR SUNTOUR XCM suspension. Shimano MT200 hydraulic disc brakes.

A wider handlebar and short stem for proper handling control. And a 17.5Ah battery giving you 80 miles of range so you can stop thinking about where the route ends.

One of the most common misconceptions about eBikes: that you just sit there and the motor does everything.

You don't. You still pedal.

On a lower assist setting, you are doing the majority of the work. The motor is just smoothing things out.

Turn it up for a headwind or a long climb and it takes the edge off.

Most Oxygen models give you five or six assist levels.

Some add three full power modes so you can shift between a full workout, a comfortable cruise, or genuine effort-free riding depending on the day.

Choosing the wrong battery size is one of the most common mistakes new eBike buyers make.

Here is the honest breakdown:

🚴 10.4Ah gives you up to 30 miles. Good for short urban commutes under 25 miles round trip.
🚴‍♀️ 13Ah gives you up to 50 miles. The right fit for most riders. Covers longer commutes and gives you room if you fancy a different route home.
🚴‍♂️ 16Ah gives you up to 70 miles. The one for longer routes, mixed use, or anyone who just wants the peace of mind.

The rule: think about your round trip, not just one way.

If you are doing 15 miles each way, 13Ah covers you with plenty of range to spare.
