👨‍👩‍👧 PARENTS & GUARDIANS
• £10.00 spectator fee (cash/card) payable at reception before weigh-ins

🪪 IDENTIFICATION CHECKS
ID checks are being introduced in 2026 to support athlete safety, fairness, and correct division placement as per our event T&C's.

Accepted ID:
• Adults (18+): Passport, driving licence, or gov-issued photo ID
• Under 18s: Passport or birth certificate

⚠️ Important:
• Random spot checks at upcoming events.
• Mandatory for all athletes by end of 2026.
• Bring valid ID to avoid delays or issues on the day.

🥋 ATHLETES
1️⃣ Arrival
• Arrive 60–90 mins before division start
• Check Smoothcomp regularly. Schedules may run ahead
2️⃣ Pen Area
• Report 30 mins before division start
• Staff will collect you, your coach, and opponent
3️⃣ Mat-Side Rules
• Stay near your assigned mat with your coach
• Leaving the area may result in DQ
4️⃣ During Matches
• Coaches must remain seated in the coach chair
5️⃣ Post-Match
• Return to pen area with your coach
• No mat-side spectating
6️⃣ Medals 🏅
• Collected at the podium once the division concludes
❗ Failure to follow procedures may result in DQ or removal.

🎓 COACHES
1️⃣ Entry
• From 7:45am via spectator entrance
• Free passes allocated by athlete numbers (first come, first served)
• Once allocated, £10.00 spectator fee applies
2️⃣ Requirements
• 16+ | BJJ Blue Belt+
• Photo ID & Smoothcomp ID required
3️⃣ Access
• Band and lanyard required
• Do not swap lanyards. Violations = removal
• 1 coach per athlete mat-side
4️⃣ Match Prep
• Be ready in the pen when called
• Late coaches will coach from the barrier
5️⃣ Post-Match

⚖️ WEIGH-IN WINDOW
You can weigh in from the relevant opening time until 60 minutes before your division start time, not your first bout.

⚠️ WEIGH-IN & EVENT RULES
1️⃣ Weigh in WITHOUT the Gi.
2️⃣ Only one weigh-in is required when entering Gi and No-Gi.
3️⃣ There is zero weight allowance. Missing weight results in disqualification.
4️⃣ No changes can be made on the day. The amendment deadline passed on 29th August 2026.
5️⃣ If your divisions have been merged, weigh in at your lowest registered weight.
6️⃣ Please sign in and weigh in 60–90 minutes before your division. The absolute deadline is 60 minutes before its scheduled start.
7️⃣ Weigh-ins remain open throughout the day, subject to this deadline.
