Elsecar Cricket Club Founded in 1854, Elsecar Cricket Club has a rich history and a proud tradition of nurturing cricket talent in the heart of South Yorkshire.

Our club is rooted in the community, offering opportunities for players of all ages to enjoy sport. The village of Elsecar lies between the neighboring towns of Barnsley and Rotherham. Elsecar CC was established in 1854 and has been successful ever since.

We’re hosting Northern Area Finals Day, with two exciting semi-finals before the 4pm Final.
