Could people possible share this page to generate awareness, Im not allowed to advertise. When the old group classes used to run I was able to advertise the sessions.

OUTDOOR GROUP FITNESS

These sessions will be a mixture of running, circuits, abdominals and paired exercises, these would also include some punching of the mitts so a mixed bag.

The sessions would be ran on an open format so these would cater for less fit people as well as those who like a challenging workout.

My thoughts would be the classes would include some jogging/running combined with the other aspects (circuits, abdominals etc....)

There would be no contracts, so pay as you go. Looking at £5 for 1 session or £8 for 2 sessions.

Locations I am looking at are either Lundhill Road playing field at Wombwell or Elsecar, or the large playing field at Kendray

(locke park has park runs - the only way locke park could work is if the session started at 8am)
