Barnsley FC Community Trust is looking for a passionate and driven Inclusion Officer to join our team and help us create more opportunities for people across our community to feel included, get involved and thrive.
⚽ You’ll play a key role in coordinating and delivering inclusive programmes including Inclusive Reds, Reds Unite, Short Breaks and Rainbow Reds, while helping us develop new and innovative opportunities for underrepresented groups.
🤝 You’ll build partnerships with local organisations, support and lead staff and volunteers, champion equality and inclusion, and make sure the voices of participants are at the heart of what we do.
🌟 What we’re looking for:
• Someone passionate about making a positive difference
• Experience working with diverse groups, including people with disabilities and/or SEND
• A strong understanding of inclusive community or sport delivery
• Excellent organisation, communication and relationship-building skills
• Someone who can take initiative, lead programmes and turn ideas into action
💼 Permanent | 37 hours per week
📍 Barnsley FC Community Trust, Oakwell Stadium
💷 £26,000 – £29,000
