Forge at 8pm again today for anyone wanting to do a light run to start getting into some fitness.

Mentally I don't really want to do anything right now but that's never guna resolve anything either is it.

There's never a better day to start than today!

Just a reminder I will be at the forge (swings) at 8pm if anyone wants to come for a few laps at your own pace or just for a chat.

I am dedicating this week to getting started up for hopefully next week to start sessions.
