50 round spar 2pm Saturday 26th
Fancy dress 50 rounds all welcome.
It's a fun event open to all members, wether you are on the fight team or just want to try sparring for the first time.

This fun event raises funds to help support the fight team as they travel all over the world competing for FTB and as part of Team England.

Cost is £10pp though any extra funds raised are welcome.

There's a sign up sheet on reception so don't be shy put your name down.

Paul and Adams fancy dress is worth a tenner to see by itself 🤣💃

Few pics from the weekends grading, over 2 days we graded students from our Spartan 1 right up to junior brown belt and we're absolutely blown away by the focus and discipline alongside the fabulous technical displays.
Tiring weekend and we're also training some of the leadership team in how we grade and what we are looking for.
Big thanks to and for their time over the weekend 🙂
