Form is king๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป
Hereโ€™s a video of me curling a 15kg barbell at the end of my session when my biceps were already pre - exhausted
I couldโ€™ve easily picked up a 25kg barbell and curled it but my form wouldnโ€™t be correct.
Biggest mistake made in the gym is ego lifting aswell as the biggest injury causer. Maxing out every session wonโ€™t bring you the progress you want! Build a foundation for your training before upping the weights!!
