I am taking on clients for strength training which will include lots of different exercises to build all over body strength and help you tone up.

Remember the next few days are going to be very hot. This means you will feel tired.
Some do’s and do not’s
🌜if you really want to fit a session in and it is not in an air conditioned gym, then plan it for very early in a morning when the temp is at its coolest.
πŸ’§ Drink plenty, I mean plenty, but not just water. Cordial made very week with a little salt added can replace some of the bodies salts it looses through sweating.
πŸͺ· Rather than a high strenuous workout you could work on stretching and mobility meaning you are not putting your body and heart through extra pressure.

Most of all….
Please look after your self. missing a few days of training is better than missing weeks through having to recover from a heat related injury or illness.

The heat can kill, in extreme circumstances.
