YoBudha - Barbarian Strength and Mobility Strength and mobility classes using Kettlebells, Clubs and Mace For more information send an email to [email protected] or text to 07949943431

This class will be aimed primarily towards promoting functional fitness and mobility using kettlebells for people over the age of 18

£5 a session or sign up for 6 weeks for £25

Sessions will last for an hour. Classes will follow in 6 week blocks teaching different lifts each week and providing a cardio workout also.

Instead of hitting my punch bag I took my mace to my neighbours and helped break up some old pallettes for fire wood.

It's a great way to vent some stress and it's fun too 😊💪

I don't really workout much anymore. I mostly just hang out in my friends garden and play maces 😊

A little synchronised (mostly) flow and I threw together yesterday.
We didn't have time to get the perfect take but I doesn't matter.

If we only posted the 1 out of 100 takes that looks perfect that wouldn't be entirely genuine, plus you'll get to see improvements over time.

If this kinda thing looks like sometime you could get into send me a message about attending classes where I teach the basics of kettlebell, clubs and mace exercise and flow 💪
