This easy walking, open parkland course is a picturesque spot high above the River Tees and presents stunning views of the surrounding Durham countryside. Visitors return to play the course year after year - tribute to the excellent condition and overall beauty of the course. This 6406 - white yards - par 73 offers a series of different tests, but keep the ball straight and it is very fair. There is an abundance of wild life on the course-curlews, pheasants and many other bird species are regularly seen.
