Hi everyone, hope you are all having a great Bank Holiday weekend, the Gym opening time for Monday Bank Holiday, Sunday hours, 9A.M until 1.30 P.M.

A quick shout out to all our members, platinum fitness centre will be opening our doors back up on Monday 3rd May (bank holiday) normal opening hours
9 A.M. - 9 P.M.
Can't wait to see everyone, government guidelines still in place as before.

Haven't seen a lot of our members for a while, hope you are all keeping sane in these terrible times, as you know England will be opening their gyms on April 12th,unfortunately, even though we have been closed longer here in Wales we are being kept closed until 10th of May, this is a call out to all our members, there will be a protest in Cardiff on Saturday the 10th April ,gathering at 10 A.M. at the City Hall, Cathays Park, CF10 3ND, starting at 11A.M. walk to the Sennedd , we need to make our gyms here in Wales essential.
WELSH HELALTH MATTERS.

To all our members, once again we have to close our doors, we hope that all of you stay sane in these uncertain times, we know that mental health is at an all time high and that a lot of our members rely on the gym, once again if anyone of our members are struggling please remember that you can phone us anytime,please dont suffer in silence, see you all on the other side, try and enjoy Christmas as best you can and let's hope 2021 will be a better year for us all,

Well guys one more sleep until platinum fitness is back open,
It will great to see everyone back training and keeping fit and healthy, hope you've all managed to stay sane in this last fortnight, just a quick reminder that :
If you are waiting on a test result do not come to the gym until you have had the all clear.

Masks must be worn on entry ,exit and whilst walking around the gym.

If you feel unwell and have symptoms do not come to the gym.

No spotting each other when training unless you're from the same household.

Thankyou to all our members for adhering to these rules and we look forward to seeing everyone tomorrow.

To all our members at platinum fitness Centre, regrettably we will be closing our doors tonight at 6 P.M. due to government fire break lockdown,we will be opening back up Monday 9th of November at 9 A.M. I hope you will all stay sane in this fortnight that we are closed and if any of our members feel they need to someone to talk to in these uncertain times you know we are only a phone call away ,any time ,day or night,please do not suffer in silence, we know more than ever that mental health is a real concern and we know how many of our members rely on the gym , see you all soon ,love you all,

Just a quick shout out to all our members ,new and old, hope you are all coping well with the additional local lockdown restrictions that have been put into place, as we know it's a stressful time for everyone and the importance of physical activity has never been more important, thank God we got our gym to go to, once again thank you to everyone for sticking to the rules that are there to keep us all safe,
