👊🏻 Have you tried Kickboxing before & would like to get back to it ? 🙌

👊🏻 Complete novice & would love to give it a go 🙌

👊🏻 Competed before & would like to brush up on your fighting skills & knowledge 🙌

🤜 Interested in self defence & awareness then 🙌

💰 £50 for 6 classes

🏆 Certificate on completion

⏰ 6pm to 7pm

All equipment is provided , 16+ onwards is the recommended age.

Coaches are myself ( 3rd Dan full contact)

Cracking Dead lifting session with Martin toady.

Few months back we introduced one S&C session every 3 weeks to work alongside his Kickboxing.

Today Martin who has NEVER Dead Lifted before managed a 100kg 🤩

There was definitely more in the tank but slow & steady wins the race when it comes to this powerful lift.
