We have now opened up a new class at The Vono Building in Attleborough 👊🏻

This class will run from 15:45-16:30 on Wednesdays.

We offer 2 free trial sessions with no obligation so why not come and give it a try!

Congratulations to Harley and Emillia for taking part in their first competition on Sunday!
They both fought really well both coming away with medals in each of their categories:
🥉Bronze - Harley
🥈Silver - Emillia

Sensei Poppy also competed and came away with the gold in her category 🥇
