Here at Infinity, we are a community of people that LOVE training and becoming the best version of ourselves!

That means we want to gain as much knowledge as possible

That being said, I have just booked to join us at the gym for a seminar on the life in bodybuilding!!

Today's back session at Infinity Gym

1- primal (modified) pullover
2- primal high row/pulldown
3- megamass linear t-bar row
4- megamass flex leverage row
5- megamass 45° linear row

I only perform 1 working set on each exercise to failure, warm up on each for 1-2 sets each

These machines are incredible for a full back workout, i bounce between the megamass flex leverage row and the Nautilus 2st compound Row, both are great

We have added another gem to our kit lineup,

Today, we completed the refurbishment of this incredible Nautilus 2st incline chest press, one of the world's very best incline chest machines designed by the genius

This piece of equipment comes with the word renowned progressive strength curve that Arthur was renowned for, loading up the muscle at it strongest point and reloading at its weakest

It's also an isolateral machine, so each arm is under its own tension, AND it's a converging movement, which means the pecs will he in a fully contracted position at the top

What can I say? This is a VERY good piece of equipment, and I can not wait for you all to come and enjoy it

Today I placed an order for 2 new machines, this...is machine number 1!

Here we have the Nautilus 2st incline chest press

An incline chest press that not only works isolaterally, AND converges to fully shorten and engage the pectoral muscles.... it also follows the human strength curve, which no modern-day machine will do as well as this does

The Nautilus 2st is the final line of equipment that the genius Arthur Jones worked on before he sold Nautilus to a large corporation that has since gone bankrupt, if you dont know who Arthur Jones was, he was the founder, designer and inventory of the Nautilus brand and in particular the legendary Nautilus pullover machine,

I have ordered this piece of equipment from the other side of the world for our members to enjoy, and i can not wait to see you all working with it

Hi, I'm Daniel, the owner of Infinity Gym,

The Fitness industry has been my passion for more than 20 years, and I've been in the gym business for 12 years, now I'm doing it alone but with an amazing team behind me

Infinity Gym has been in the making for years now, i am very happy to announce that we are a fully equipped Gym that is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

We have a health suite with saunas both traditional and infrared to aid your health, we have a fully stocked supplement shop on site, as well as a great sports massage professional and a full timetable of fitness/strength classes

We offer memberships for as little as £26.95pm and are very family orientated, so we offer big discounts for you and your family to enjoy our facilities together

It is my goal to make sure Infinity Gym provides you all with the best gym facilities you could ask for, and i will make sure that happens
