I started on 1st April 2015 just before my baby girl was turning 1, I actually still looked like I was expecting her 😁. I decided enough was enough ... I found juice plus on a friends feed on facebook.

After trying all sorts of diets I was looking for something different something that was not going to alienate me from a social life or sitting down for dinner with my family.

I started my 2 week detox and fell head over heals In love with JP and I lost 8lb just in the detox stage, the food plans really helped me change my lifestyle. I was taking the premium capsules and having a shake for breakfast and lunch and sitting down to a healthy meal with my family...

"After 2 years taking Juice Plus premium capsules, I thought I should introduce myself and tell you my story...

I was ill. For quite a long time. I had a catalogue of ailments which I just couldn't get on top of.

* Chronic fatigue / CFS (had M.E when I was younger, then a benign brain tumour which wrecked me for 2 years on heavy meds)
* IBS (hard core IBS, from being a child)
* Arthritis - I had a hip replacement aged just 39
* Depression
* Migraines weekly
* Low immune system so if I got a cold, it lasted 3 months : (
