πŸŠβ€β™€οΈ Swim Ulster’s Club Collaboration Initiative πŸŠβ€β™‚οΈ

At Swim Ulster, we believe that the best ideas come from clubs working together! Our new Club Collaboration Initiative aims to strengthen partnerships between clubs, support coaches, and enhance athlete development through locally driven, collaborative projects.

We’re inviting groups of two or more clubs to come together and develop initiatives that meet the needs of their athletes and coaching teams. Projects can be pool-based, land-based, educational, or a combination of approaches.

Swim Ulster can provide:
βœ… Assistance with facility access
βœ… Staff cover for up to two sessions per month
βœ… Ongoing guidance and support
βœ… Opportunities for coach education and volunteer development

If your club is interested in collaborating and creating new opportunities for swimmers and coaches, we’d love to hear from you! πŸ“£
