I'm back!!!

Gaining lots of fat was miserable,

I was tired, miserable, couldn't be bothered with anything, slept in the afternoons, felt out of breath all the time, and didn't feel comfortable in my own clothes let alone with my top off...

I wanted to see exactly how it felt with the shoe on the other foot

I've tried it, and I hated it!

Feeling great and having confidence in your own skin is underrated!

Not everyone wants to be very lean, and that's absolutely fine, but nobody wants to be uncomfortable and low in condidence

Mission Impossible, made possible!!!

18 weeks ago I started a journey

One that was designed to help people understand how the foods we eat affect us physically and mentally

I started this journey at 7% bodyfat and 178 pounds (81kgs)

for the first 6 weeks I ate an average of 5500 calories everyday of absolutely rubbish quality food, it made me feel like s**t, tired all the time, lacked motivation, struggled to train hard,

And most importantly for me, ruined my confidence, even my clothes felt horrible on me 😢
..it also meant that I gained a staggering 27.5 pounds of fatty tissue in just 6 weeks....

for the 2nd part of the journey, I needed to show EXACTLY how we lose fat!

I worked out the numbers and had to eat 1847 calories on average every single day for the next 12 weeks, all coming from good quality food sourses and tried a few "diets" along the way.

surprising to most, this made me feel so much better than the high calories, even with the huge deficit and a little hunger

it also meant I lost a staggering 31.3 pounds of fatty tissue over the 12 weeks

which puts me where I am today...
