Tribal Fitness isn't back, but as I continue to grow Nikki Nev Coaching, I'm realising how much I genuinely miss teaching Mum & Baby fitness, and although I still do private bookings, I miss the local support and connection that mini communities bring.
With the challenging times we've all had over the last few years, I believe we need to nurture our local connections to help reduce stress and build resilience.
I've been getting requests to start up fitness sessions again (thank you), so I've decided to offer a new & improved service.... a 6-week block of Mum & Baby Circuits COMBINED with Stress Therapy techniques.
So, if you know any stressed-out mums in the Bangor area, you can let them know that there are spaces still available for the first block, starting on Tuesday 12th September!

As a busy mum, your days can be pretty stressful, and although you KNOW exercise and self-care can help improve your physical and mental health, it's a REAL struggle to fit it in.
