🏉 A new season and another big step forward for Holyhead Rugby Club!

Tomorrow marks our first game of the new season. Since the beginning of last season, we have made considerable progress in improving our clubhouse facilities.

Thanks to the support of the WRU Facilities Grant, we have been able to install new flooring throughout the clubhouse, along with a new shower and sink in the referee’s room.

These improvements are an important part of our ongoing clubhouse development and will help us provide a better environment for our players, officials, members and visitors.

A huge thank you to WRU for helping us continue to develop our club and its facilities.

What an absolute belter of a session we had this evening! 💪🏉 We tackled, battled at the lineouts, ran around a lot and generally did all the rugby things…

After burning off all those calories, there was only one sensible thing to do… CAKE! 🎂 Because that’s how rugby nutrition works, right? 🤷‍♀️😂

We were celebrating Cadi’s 21st birthday — Happy 21st Birthday, Cadi! 🥳🎉 Hope you had a cracking day and enjoyed your well-earned cake (that she didn’t eat because she doesn’t like cake🙃)

Here’s to another session of hard work, big tackles, questionable decisions and even bigger smiles!

We train every Thursday 7pm, come down to bryn y mor!

Well, the girls only went and did it! 🩷🙌🏻 What an incredible way to finish the summer touch rugby season — LEAGUE WINNERS! 🏆🔥

A brilliant final game, followed by a cheeky social in TBay to celebrate! 🎉🍹 The girls gave it everything all season, and what a way to round it off. 💪🏻

And let’s not forget… fancy dress touch rugby is NOT for the faint-hearted! 😂🎭

A massive congratulations to Cadi, who once again picked up Player of the Tournament! 🏆👏🏻 Our little piggy is just super fast! 🐷💨 What a star! 🌟

So proud of every single one of you, girls. What a team, what a season, and what a way to finish! 🩷🏉

The Holyhead women and men are heading down to Colwyn Bay tomorrow for the final of the Rugby Touch Summer Season! 💪🏉

It’s set to be a fantastic day packed with plenty of great rugby, big smiles, good vibes… and maybe even a beer or two! 🍻😏
