Please note that this Friday’s session will be a women’s-only session. It will also be a joint session meaning that spaces will be more limited than usual and they are allocated on a first come first serve basis.

The link for this Friday’s yoga session (December 8th) is now in our bio. We have limited space and this works on a first come, first serve basis:)

We have spare mats for anybody who doesn’t have one of their own.

Hello everyone!

We are happy to announce that we will now be holding weekly Yoga sessions in Room 2 of the Activities Hub.

The sessions will be Fridays 4-5pm. Please bring your own mat to the sessions.

There are limited spaces, therefore we have set up a google doc form which can be found in our Instagram bio with more information on slot allocation.

We look forward to seeing you there!

Hello everyone and welcome to the 23/24 academic year, to both new and returning students!

We will be at Serendipity between 12-4 both Wednesday and Thursday this Freshers week. Feel free to come and visit us to find out more information about the club!

Hi everyone! From today, nominations for the Yoga Committee 23/24 will be open. The positions available are Club Captain, Secretary, Treasurer and Social Secretary.

To nominate yourself, you will need to visit UNDEB Bangor, go to your Account/Profile, then ‘My Nominations’, and you will see the list of roles available. *You must be signed up to Yoga through the UNDEB website*.

Voting will then take place shortly after (dates will be provided in due course).
