New client shoutout 🙌🏼

Up until last week, this client was too nervous to set foot into the gym, and look at her today showing her little ones how it’s done. There was no cancelling because she didn’t have childcare, just a determination to get stronger for them - and we all loved it 🥰

3️⃣ YEARS OF STUDIO 2.0 🎉

Forever grateful to you all for keeping me busy 🧡

I HAVE A BLOODY WINDOW! 🪟 🎉 💃🏼

Now excuse me for getting excited but after 3 years underground I can finally people watch between clients 🙌🏼 haha!

Big thanks to .vinyls4u for firstly being patient with me and secondly giving me an absolute heart attack leaving it until the day before I open to install this beautiful vinyl 🤣🤦🏼‍♀️ The quality and colour is amazing. Den actually matched the vinyl to the colour of the walls inside the studio - how clever is he!?

Also is a clever cloggs and designed her own sign and it is stunning 😍

Opening 10am tomorrow. I am fully booked with clients (and the dreaded dentist) but Marit will be around to give you a tour and still has some availability for the 50% off massage slots 🙌🏼
