5 things we as women get embarrassed about and REALLY shouldn't.
1. Excessive sweating - Personally I love a sweaty session. It's truly crazy how many women I train become embarrassed over this. Don't feel embarrassed, you're working hard. OWN IT.
2. Stiff nips - We all have them, they're nothing weird. Forgot your bra inserts? Don't allow that to be the reason you can't make your session. I can 1000% guarantee you won't be the only one.
3. Lifting lighter weights - It doesn't matter if you're in that squat rack and only lifting the bar. Each session you make and put the work in the stronger you'll become. We all start somewhere, remember that.
4. Camel toe - Yes we all get this problem. I don't care who you're, you've had this happen. But let's be real, we are all adults here. Nobody really cares where our leggings get caught up.
5. Asking for help - This is how we learn and grow. Don't be ashamed of it, being open to learning new things will only allow you to progress.
