It’s not about spray tans, filtered photoshoots or matching gym sets.

It’s about showing up for yourself when nobody’s watching. It’s about rebuilding your confidence, your health, your mindset and your habits from the inside out.

Real progress is learning to fuel your body properly, move because you value yourself, sleep better, feel stronger and become healthier — physically and mentally.

That’s the real glow-up. And that lasts a lot longer than any photo ever will.

Exercise isn’t just about changing your body… it can change your mind too. 💚

Training helps release feel-good chemicals like endorphins and serotonin, which can improve mood, reduce stress and anxiety, boost confidence, improve sleep and help clear the mind.

For me personally, exercise and helping others to exercise has become one of the biggest tools in helping manage mental health. It won’t fix everything overnight, but movement, routine and looking after yourself can make a huge difference.

Sometimes the best therapy is simply moving your body. 💪

It is completely okay to not be okay. Mental health struggles are incredibly common, valid, and part of the human experience. You don't have to face it alone, and giving yourself permission to struggle without shame is a powerful first step. 💚

For a couple of years now I thought eating the same “clean” foods every single day was the healthiest thing I could do.

Eggs. Chicken. Rice. The same meals on repeat. Structured. Disciplined. Predictable.

But recently I started noticing more bloating, swelling, digestive issues and low energy — despite training hard and eating “well”.

What I’ve realised is that sometimes it’s not just about eating healthy… it’s about eating in a way that YOUR body actually tolerates and responds well to.

Over time, constantly eating the exact same foods every single day can sometimes lead to sensitivities or intolerances developing, especially when stress, digestion and gut health are already under pressure. Hormones may also be affecting how our body deals with the food we put into our bodies.
Foods that once felt completely fine can suddenly start leaving you feeling bloated, inflamed or uncomfortable.

Since changing things up a bit, rotating my protein sources, adding more variety and taking some pressure off my digestion, I’ve genuinely started to feel better again.

More energy. Less bloating. Better recovery.

Some people get stuck in the mindset that they have to eat the exact same foods every day to make progress, but our bodies can change over time too.

Sometimes the smartest thing you can do isn’t eating stricter… it’s listening to what your body has been trying to tell you.

If you feel you are or have been struggling and need some help, give me a shout and we'll see what we can do 🤗

So many women still judge their progress purely by the number on the bathroom scales… but this is exactly why scales alone can be so misleading 👇
Rachael has been training with me since January.
If she had only been weighing herself at home, she probably would have felt disappointed…

⚖️ Weight change:

64.5kg ➡️ 64.3kg
Only 0.2kg difference.
But look what actually happened when we checked her body composition on the Boditrax 👏

🔥 Muscle gained: +4.2kg
🔥 Fat lost: -4.6kg
🔥 Metabolic age: 51 ➡️ 35
🔥 Water levels improved
🔥 Leg muscle score increased
🔥 Visceral fat reduced

This is what REAL progress looks like.

Her body shape, strength, fitness, metabolism and overall health have completely changed — despite the scales barely moving.

As women especially, we need to stop obsessing over scale weight alone. Strength training, proper nutrition and consistency can completely transform your body composition without dramatic weight loss.

Muscle is lean, strong and healthy.
The goal shouldn’t just be “lighter” — it should be stronger, fitter, healthier and more confident 💚
I’m incredibly proud of the work Rachael has put in since January. This is why we focus on progress ☺️

Delighted to welcome Aaron in today for his free sports massage 👏
His act of kindness at the Boston Marathon — helping another runner finish — didn’t go unnoticed.

Proud to support people who lead by example.
