Strong doesn’t happen by accident šŸ’Ŗ

Behind every PT session I coach, there are plenty of hours where I’m on the other side of it — headphones on, getting my own training done.

Nothing fancy. Just consistency, good form, progressive overload and putting the work in.

At 48, my focus isn’t on training to be smaller.
It’s about being strong, capable, fit and resilient — and keeping that strength for the years ahead.

Especially for women approaching, going through or beyond menopause, strength training is one of the best investments we can make in ourselves.

The landmine is one of my favourite pieces of kit for strength training. These exercises allow me to work through different angles and movement patterns, challenging my core, shoulders, upper body and lower body while building strength, stability and control. Simple movements, but incredibly effective when they're done well. šŸ’Ŗ

Strong women stay strong.
