The school is a welcoming, nurturing and dynamic environment for students to learn classical ballet, grow in confidence and create lasting friendships. The Victoria Quinn School of Ballet is a new direction for the formally known Susan McMillen School of Ballet. Susan established her school in 1978 and has taught countless students throughout the years, inspiring students from pre school to pre pr

ofessional. In later years Susan taught and began to mentor Victoria to one day become the successor of her reputable business and continue to provide professional training for the next generation of students. Victoria has been running the school for a number of years upon completion of her BA (Hons) Dance Education from the Royal Academy of Dance and gaining her registered teachers status. The Victoria Quinn School of Ballet - Bangor/Lisburn will maintain the ethos of Susan's School, the professional high standard of training and most importantly create a safe space for students learn classical ballet. So proud of every dancer for the discipline, courage and hard work shown in every class and extra classes. Grade 2s and their 2hr long sessions you need and extra 👏 Progress is built quietly in the corrections taken, the extra practice, the determination to keep going 🩰

Now we look ahead with confidence and excitement… on to the next grade. 🩰

We celebrate the strength, grace, and determination of the women and girls in our studio 💫

Every day in class we encourage our students to be brave, to take up space, and to believe in their own power. Ballet isn’t just about technique, it’s about confidence, resilience, and finding your feet 🩰

We’re so proud to teach and be surrounded by these incredible young dancers. They are growing into strong, kind, and courageous young women. Here’s to you and the strong women behind you 🌙✨

I know you are all growing into ‘lovely teenagers’, most of you have made the big leap into first year and you are too cool for school, but … please don’t change too much - These little faces bring me such joy. I love that you still give me a goodbye cuddle at the end of class and hope that never changes - Stay vibrant little darlings and keep dancing, I can’t wait to see where your journey leads and hopefully one day in Grade 8 I will be showing you videos of your Grade 3 selves and you will say look at how far we have come 🩰 X
