The last few weeks we’ve been working through kipping pull-up progressions, but whether you can do kipping pull-ups or not, it doesn't matter! What matters is progressing safely, building real strength first, and learning the correct movement pattern.

That’s why we use a variety of progressions...

~ Ring rows or strict pull-up variations for upper body strength and control
~ Jumping or single-leg assisted kipping pull-ups for dynamic strength and coordination
~ Banded kipping pull-ups for pulling power and confidence

Progressions aren’t just for “beginners", they are how everyone gets stronger, moves better, and stays injury-free 🙌
