Grampian Kart Club Grampian Kart Club is a purpose built facility catering for owner driver kart racing in the North East of Scotland

At GKC we have a vision to become the best karting facility in Scotland and to realise that vision we are supported by an enthusiastic membership which is over 225 strong and we have an even more enthusiastic committee of about 20 people who keep the club alive. We are working to provide a karting experience that is second to none, we aim to provide a high quality service from a high quality facility for our members and guests to enjoy so that they keep returning for the adrenaline filled experience. At Grampian Kart Club we also cater for our friends from Aberdeen and District Motor Club (ADMC) who run two Sprint events a year at the club. We also cater for the bikers out there where we host a round of the Scottish Supermoto Championship each year in association with the AMA So come along and see us at Grampian Kart Club.

🏁 BDOC Final Round – Today at Grampian Kart Club! 🏁

The sun is shining ☀️ and we’re set for what should be an excellent day of racing!

Come down to Grampian Kart Club and support all the drivers as they battle it out in the final round of the BDOC. 🏎️💨

It’s sure to be a fantastic day of racing, so come along, soak up the atmosphere and cheer on the competitors!

Something a wee bit different on a Saturday night at the BDOC! 🏁🎮

We have an amazingly talented member of GKC who has built a GKC Sim Racing Game, and tonight he’s giving our drivers a wee go! 🏎️💨

🏁 FREE to spectate at Grampian Kart Club this weekend!

Fancy a bit of high-speed action? Over 70 drivers will take to the track this Sunday, with a grid of 15 KZ2 gearbox karts battling it out for the weekend's feature trophy - the Andrew Borton Memorial Quaich.

It's set to be an action-packed day at Boyndie Drome.

Sunday Racing starts from 10am
Lunch break around 12–1pm
Racing continues until approximately 3:30–4pm

Get up close to the action, explore the paddock and refuel in the clubhouse with The Spotty Bag Shop serving food, snacks and drinks throughout the day.

Saturday Practice
Track action runs from 9am–4pm and spectators are welcome to come along and watch.

FREE entry. FREE parking. More exciting than F1.

Come enjoy an action packed day out at Grampian Kart Club with drivers from the age of 6 years competing all the way to our 85mph KZ2 gearbox grid. Spotty Bag Shop will be on hand in the clubhouse serving up hot food, drinks and snacks to keep you fuelled up on your visit.

Next weekend we have a whooping 3 of our club feature trophies up for grabs!

Andrew Borton Memorial Quaich
Introduced in memory of Andrew Borton, a long standing member of the Grampian Kart Club Committee. Holding many positions over the years including Chairman and contributed massively to where the club is today.

Awarded to the KZ2 class - a class that the Borton family enjoyed success with their son Daniel including a British Championship. The winner will be the top finishing GKC or NSKC driver in the final.

September Cup
A long standing cup dating back to 1962 when it was first awarded to D Wright and K Stewart. This trophy is open to all drivers and classes with a class of 5 or more drivers. Awarded to the driver with the most points of the day.

Bambino Cup
A recent trophy to the collection introduced by the Blake family. This award goes to the top finishing Bambino driver. It is free to race at GKC as a Bambino (non-member fees, transponder rental etc still apply).

Entry to the early entry driver raffle ends Monday - get your entry in to be in with a chance of some great prizes at the final round of the BDOC for 2026.

Entries are now open for the final round of the 2026 Boyndie Drome Open Challenge.

We will have 3 feature trophies up for grabs at this event:
- Bambino Cup, winner of the final takes the trophy
- September Cup, driver with the most points in any class of 5 or more
- Andrew Borton Memorial Quaich, open to KZ2 drivers from GKC and NSKC. Highest finisher in the final.

This is your last chance to win one of our 2026 custom trophies and snap up a driver's raffle prize. Previous prizes have included a DJI action camera and Makita power tools. Enter by Monday 7 September to enter the draw.

This weekend SSHC are hosting their sprint championship at Boyndie Drome. Everything from road going cars to single seaters. Racing both days
