Me and social media haven’t been getting along recently.
I’ve been finding it hard to make posts or engage with people.
When I come online I end up seeing lots of content that I don’t find helpful, lots of rage bait videos and posts from people who aren’t my friends they’ve just randomly popped up in my feed because the algorithm thinks I’ll be interested.

So in a world where people seem to have capitalised of negativity I just wanted to share some things that make me happy 💚✨

We are all guilty of staying in one place for a long time, whether that’s sitting at a desk or standing doing chores. We can often feel stuck when we move again.
