Royal Deeside Military Golf Challenge- Every year Rennie Communications enters a golf team to support this charity. This year due to the passing of Her Majesty the Queen the day was postponed until 30th September 2022. If you would like to enter a team, please read notice below. Thank You
ROYAL DEESIDE MILITARY GOLF CHALLEGE
30th SEPTEMBER 2022

Due to the passing of Her Majesty the Queen, I made the decision to postpone
the golf challenge from the 9th of September until the 30th of September. The
Royal Deeside Military Golf Challenge is now in its 7th year, this is the first year
that it has been held at Ballater Golf Club. Attending are members of the Army,
Navy, RAF, and RM, as well as civilian teams. This event was sold out very quickly,
however due to this postponement there are teams who are now unable to
attend on the 30th of September, therefor I invite other teams to attend, I would
be incredibly grateful for the support.
The entry fee is £250 for a team of four, you will be welcomed with tea/coffee
and a breakfast bacon roll, on your return you will be offered a two-course meal.
There will be a chance to win a £30,000 car should you manage a hole in one at
hole 17, there is a further opportunity to also win £1500, £750, £250. There will
be a Trophy, 1st 2
nd 3
rd prize, as well as a Trophy and prize for the best score of
the military.
There is also a half-way house sponsored by Seabroker, where you are able to
enjoy refreshments.

We helped Raise 4,200 pounds for Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland at the inaugural Texas Scramble Golf Challenge at Kippie Golf and Country Club .... Fabulous day , great company , good food , fun golf , and the sun shone brightly.

Founded in 1999 the Forget-Me-Not Club provides invaluable support to those living with and caring for people with dementia. Staffed almost entirely by enthusiastic volunteers, it runs a host of activities in Banchory and upper Deeside.
Just as importantly as providing activities for people with dementia, Forget-Me-Not also advises and educates carers on the complexities of the disease. Providing information and knowledge of things that can be done to help, from coping strategies to financial and other resources available, allowing clients to stay in their own homes for longer.
