Some snaps from this weekend’s SUP yoga! Super lucky with the weather with warm evening sunshine and just a gentle breeze. Mega thanks to Lyle Granite Adventures for scrubbing the yoga dock just before we started 🦆💩🙈

If we’re lucky we might get one more session in before Autumn’s fully here but we’ll see ✨

My friend asked if I would give a special yoga session at the top of Scolty hill to celebrate her birthday this weekend. We carried our mats up to the top, the sun came out, got all the views right by the tower and a wee glass of fizz after. Ace yoga spot! What an evening! 🍾🧘‍♀️🥳

A summer of Scottish adventures, taking yoga outside where possible ☺️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿❤️ hopefully we’ll get another Tuesday evening outside if the weather allows and a couple more SUP yoga sessions before summer’s out 🤞

And just like that, weekly classes start back this week!

Tuesday 18th
Evening flow 7:45-8:45pm (last few spaces)

Wednesday 19th
Morning flow 9:40-10:40am (drop in spaces available)
Postnatal & baby yoga 11:00-12:00 (new course - fully booked)

Friday 21st
Postnatal & baby yoga 11:30-12:30 (new course - last few spaces)

Something special about being on the water, anchoring to a floating dock together, gentle movement, a few wobbles and giggles 🤪 and then closing in a beautiful floating savasana 💚

✨New Postnatal & Baby Yoga courses start mid August at Deeside Wellbeing Collective CIC ✨

Wednesday 5 week course begins 19th August 11:00-12:00 (update: fully booked)

Friday 7 week course begins 21st August 11:30-12:30 (last few spaces available)

This is a very welcoming class for mum (or dad / granny etc) AND baby! Suitable from 6 weeks postpartum (or 8-12 weeks after caesarean delivery ) and up to pre-crawling babies.

On the last session of each course, we stay on for a cuppa, homebakes and chats in the studio ☕️ 🧁 🥰

Hello! Just a quick update on my class timetable for summer ☀️

Tuesday evening flow (7:45-8:45pm) at will continue throughout summer (except 11th August). You can book per week on a drop in basis on Gymcatch: https://gymcatch.com/app/provider/4905/events/7872820
All welcome, would love to have you join ❤️

Daytime classes are paused for the school holidays and will start back again on the week of 17th August.
