🦠Polite Reminder- Equine Influenza🦠
Due to the ongoing outbreak of Equine Influenza, we are politely reminding all visitors to our centre to please follow to the guidelines pinned to the top of our page and a reminder to adhere to the following rules:

🐴 No horse is to be unloaded on site until your passport has been checked by a member of our team.
🐴 Horses must have received their annual booster within the last 12 months (or within 6 months if it is their first booster) and will not be allowed on site if this has lapsed.
🐴 Horses must NOT have received their booster within 7 days of competing- for those wishing to attend The Granite City Festival intending to bring forward their horses vaccination to 6 monthly for extra protection against the outbreak, PLEASE ensure it is administered more than 7 days before you wish to compete.

JULY PREMIER SHOW STABLING🐴

Due to the volume of stables sourced to support high demand for stabling for Scottish Home Pony, we now have additional capacity for stabling for The Granite City Festival. Therefore we will be able to extend the closing date for stabling to the same date as close of entries, Monday 29th June 6pm 🤩

⚠️ Equine Flu Reminder ⚠️

Following the recent Equine Flu outbreak, we would like to remind all members of the importance of ensuring their horses and ponies have up-to-date vaccinations that comply with British Showjumping vaccination rules.

Before travelling to any British Showjumping venue, please make sure:
✅ Vaccinations are current and carried out in accordance with the vaccination rules.
✅ The horse's passport accompanies the horse at all times.
✅ Horses and ponies have not received a vaccination within the 7 days prior to competition.

Please note that unvaccinated horses, or those with lapsed or incomplete vaccination records, will not be permitted to unload or compete. Refunds will not be issued where vaccinations do not comply with the rules or where the passport is not present with the horse. Affiliated venues will be spot-checking passports on arrival for any competition.

As well as the usual Wednesday night this week, Verity will be running an afternoon session on Saturday 27th! Perfect way to spend a Saturday! Can stop off at The Fern Restaurant before or after while watching some of our dressage! 🦄

This afternoon of slow yoga, breathwork and relaxation will have a special focus for riders but is suitable for everyone.

As horse riders and owners we spend a lot of time, money and training on the wellbeing of our horses. When we ride we always warm up the horse first, we cool it down, feed and nurture it but often we don’t make time to care for ourselves.
Adding yoga into your routine offers unique benefits that directly translate to better riding, enhancing both our own well-being and our connection with your horse.

Yoga helps to improve balance, core strength and body awareness. Breath awareness and relaxation help to cultivate a mental calm that benefits both you and your horse.

A day to remember here at Bogenraith…
We are absolutely delighted to provide a venue for the incredible organisation Kids Out Aberdeen.
The work this incredible charity do to support hundreds of children is truely inspiring. To watch so many children enjoying themselves thanks to so many selfless volunteers and wonderful businesses has been really special to see! We hope you all had a fantastic day 💕⭐️

We will be postponing this weekends Arena Event as we begin a busy time preparing for The Granite City Festival and Scottish Home Pony!
Our next arena event will be on the 25th July and the final opportunity to qualify for Scone!!
