I'm considering launching a weekly Youth Kettlebell Klub class in Banbury.

The focus would be on:
βœ… Strength
βœ… Fitness
βœ… Confidence
βœ… Coordination
βœ… Athletic Development
βœ… Healthy Habits

Perfect for children involved in:
Football
Rugby
Martial Arts
& Other Sports
Or those simply looking to become fitter and more confident.

Sessions would be designed specifically for young people and focus on movement, bodyweight exercises, kettlebells, games and challenges in a safe and supportive environment.
