Time for the Tribus class. Helping people who are struggling with anxiety and depression.

Since changing the times of our class for people who are finding life a bit of a struggle we have attracted the attention of many groups.

Most people who come to our classes are self referals but regular attendants include the original members from Turning Point and Aspires Active Body Healthy Mind but now include many more people from MIND, The Elmore Centre, Restore, Response and Style Acre with other groups making enquiries.

We are surrounding ourselves with groups far more established than we are in the hope that by working together we can help more people. The are also others in Banbury who are doing great things in Banbury such as Tim Tarby-Donald who has made a huge difference in Banbury in a short timespan

I would like to thank so many people such as Jamie Hamilton Amy Priest Dawn Gibbs and businesses/charities Magna solutions and Ella's Fund who have supported us.

We have 20+ attendees each and every Monday morning and really are helping to change people's lives and know this will only increase as long as we have the support and success.

Thanks again to everyone who attends and helps, and a special thank you to Ken, Ken and Eileen of the White Horse who allow us to use their premises free of charge and supply us with Hot beverages and biscuits
