🔸Your own app, to view and log workouts, and track your progress
🔸3 or 4 days programs option
🔸Option of gym based or home based program
🔸calorie target to either cut, build or maintain.
🔸Ability to track your food within the app. No strict diet ( you’re going to learn to eat healthy and enjoy food at the same time ) 🔸Weekly challenges to improve your lifestyle , habits and become consistent with them.
🔸Access to recipe books, educational material all within the app.
🔸Dedicated community group full of tips and support from those on same challenge. 🔸Guides on nutrition and how to track calories.
