🤰🏻 Bump It - 6.30pm - Banbury (prenatal)
🌙 Mamas After Dark - 8.30pm - Longford Park (postnatal)
Tuesday:
🏋🏻♀️ LIFT with Baby Bexercise - 9.30am - Longford Park (postnatal)
🌙 Mamas After Dark - 8.15pm - NOA school (postnatal)
Wednesday:
❤️🩹 Restore Mama - 10am - Longford Park (postnatal)
🚶🏻♀️ Walk + Talk - 11:45am - New route every week (pre+postnatal)
🧡 Stronger Together - 7.30pm - The Hill (postnatal + beyond)
Thursday:
💪🏻 Strong Mama - 10am - The Hill (pre+postnatal)
Friday:
🌞 Summer Mama - 9.30am - Spiceball Park (pre+postnatal)
All of my daytime sessions are bring your baby / little ones. 👶🏻👧🏼🧡 No childcare, no problem!
My evening sessions are reserved just for YOU. Recharge your batteries and smash a workout solo.
