First qualifier powerlifting competition done! 🥹

This competition really meant a lot to me as I’ve faced a lot of issues between my last comp and now. Injured my shoulder last comp and couldn’t train properly for a few weeks. Then my mental health really took a turn for the worst and I just didn’t find training enjoyable anymore.

I’m am so proud of myself for pushing through and still coming to this meet because it was so much fun and I debuted in the 76kg category 😎

Thank you .b.fitness95 for pushing me in our training sessions as well I appreciate you a lot more than you think 🖤

The cut is doing its job 😎

Still working on dropping down a few more kilos but with my powerlifting competition next Saturday I can drop much further down otherwise I’ll be in the wrong weigh category 😶‍🌫️

Started the cut at 82.5kg (top picture) and dropped to 78.5kg (bottom picture) and as of this morning I’m 77.5kg which could be due to being sick yesterday 😓

Onwards and upwards we go!
