Banbridge Rugby Club appoints a Health, Safety & Welfare Officer 🇷🇴

Kelson Figaro has been appointed to a newly created role within Banbridge Rugby’s management structure. This role has been identified to meet the needs of a progressive rugby club comprising some 900 members of all ages and genders.

Kelson will be responsible for embedding a risk management approach to all activities within our clubs premises, including required behaviours at all levels to ensure a safe, enjoyable and respectful environment from members and all who visit R***e Park.

Kelson is a current player with Banbridge and brings to the role impressive experience as a senior international rugby player, administrator and events manager with Trinidad & Tobago Rugby. He is also a qualified Electrical Engineer and his background ensures he can approach Health & Safety compliance with both technical rigour and an understanding of rugby culture. This makes him an exceptional and strategically aligned choice for Banbridge RFC’s new Health, Safety & Welfare Officer.
