Tonight's training consisted of drilling through various knife attacks outside of our current syllabus ,looking at what works and what doesn't. Due to recent knife attacks, as a club we will begin to look at options with the changing tines we face. We also drilled how as a group we can contol a marauding knife attacker and control.

We had a great turnout for our joint clubs grading day. Many new belts graded and awarded from yellow to black.

The students did not have it easy, they were pressure tested over 3 hours and belts earned and not simply given.

Well done all and as instructors across our clubs, we are all super proud. Hard work and determination certainly pays off.

A big well done to everyone for the prep work they put in ahead of grading this Sunday..A special recognition for our two youngest students, Jasmin and Lola (16) both going for yellow and blue belts and taking on the men under pressure.

A big thanks to our black belt students Nigel and Jennifer for assisting. I think all the lads certainly felt Jennifer's determination and hard punches🤣👌💪
