Let me introduce you to Johnny Trainor - and this is his story 🙌

Ten years ago, Johnny turned to yoga with Sayon after an injury sidelined him from football, running, and the gym.
Regular practice didn’t just rebuild his body—it became an essential “reset button” for managing stress and breaking bad habits when life gets heavy.
Now, Johnny brings that same functional-first mindset to Aerial Yoga for Men.
Whether you’re a lifter looking to decompress your spine, an athlete wanting a performance edge,
or simply looking for a better way to navigate the daily grind, he’s here to help you move and feel better.
