🧗 Climbing Wall Reset – 28th–30th January! 🧗

We’re giving our boulder problems a full refresh across the centre! Any temporary closures will be shared as soon as possible.

My monthly soundbath sessions are resuming this January at The Adventure Hub studio in Bamford.

I run two monthly sessions, a Yin Yoga and Soundbath and a Soundbath only session.

Sunday 18th January- Yin yoga and soundbath
6.30pm - 8pm
A one hour practice of the slow, quiet practice of yin yoga, where seated and laying down postures are held for longer periods of time. Yin targets the deep connective tissues in the body and creates a meditative stillness in the body and mind. After our yin practice I will guide you gently into relaxation accompanied by a variety of calming, melodic instruments to complement a restorative session for you.

Friday 30th January
7pm - 8pm
One hour of deep relaxation accompanied by the soothing sounds of my instruments. Simply a moment to allow yourself to relax completely and benefit from this restorative, restful experience. A wonderful reset for your central nervous system.

Come as you are, no experience necessary. Bring along a mat, cushion and blanket to ensure your comfort.

Both sessions cost just £15. Booking is essential.
