PRESENTATION NIGHT 2024!

we had an amazing time last Saturday at our end of season presentation evening, we played skittles, alongside giving some awards to worthy winners.

AWARD WINNERS:

Managers player: Arron Bendall

Players player: Tom Feild

Player of the Season: Tom Feild

Chairman’s award: Zak Hughes

OTHER AWARDS:

Congratulations to Carlo Francis, for winning our most improved award.

Also, Congratulations to Billy Mundy, who was the clubs top goal scorer this season.

Unfortunately, both players weren’t able to receive their awards in person.

Well done to all our winners!

Well that’s it! Our season is finished. We would like to thank everyone who has watched and supported the club in anyway over the past season we couldn’t have done it without you.

To our loyal players, YOU are the reason why we are still operating, why we will for the foreseeable future, and you should be proud of how much you have come along as a group.

Big thanks also go out to the club’s management team, without them, the season would not have been possible.

With this, we would like to wish farewell and good luck to team manager Zak Hughes, who has stepped down from his role to focus on Youth coaching.

Some news from Baltonsborough FC.

After a season in YDFL and playing in the village of Baltonsborough we have decided to relocate to a ground which is excited to have football back at Keinton Mandeville. With an amazing pitch and great facilities everyone involved in baltonsborough fc are excited with the future plans and look forward to playing in next season 24/25 YDFL season.

We are looking for new players to join us on this new journey and we encourage players of all abilities to join us.

Levels FC 3-0 Baltonsborough

It was a HOT🔥 day for our boys today as we travelled to Yeovil to face Levels FC.

Despite some great footballing moments from the boys we came up short against a physical levels side. As always any loss comes with lots of lessons learnt to take into future matches!

Unfortunately, a couple of our lads faced some injuries during todays game, everyone at the Club and community wish them a speedy recovery and look forward to seeing them suit up in black and red again soon!

Stoke Sub Hambdon reserves 2-2 Baltonsborough FC

Some sore legs from Thursdays win resulted in poor availability for todays league match against stoke, however despite playing 2 games in 38 hours didn’t stop our lads from showing some brilliant quality in the game.

Striker James Reed opened the scoring after winning a battle with their CB to slot one in the bottom corner, His first goal since the first game of pre season. Well done James! ⚽️

Next up was Husker Webster who scored his 3rd goal in 2 league games with another great finish after beating 2 defenders on the right flank.⚽️

Unfortunately however, injuries and tired legs resulted in Stoke taking advantage of 2 chances in the box witch resulted in us sharing the points today.

MOTM unanimously went to Ryan Webster who stepped into the CB general role for us today and played brilliantly!

Big credit as-well to Jay Mundy, who played his first ever game of senior football and played fantastically!

The lads take some well deserved time off ahead of our next fixture, Levels FC away on Saturday.
