First classes back are done! Was so good to be back! Felt a lot nicer than I expected!!

Having time off is something I struggle with! But two weeks off in crazy heat was a necessity! I wasn’t cross with myself, I just accepted that the transition back would be a little gentler than I had initially planned.

I took it down where I needed to and listened to my body and do you know what?! It felt amazing! Nothing bad happened and am now feeling super proud and productive ready to tackle the washing mountain!

All classes on as normal next week at Balmedie Leisure Centre, Foveran Village Hall and Fetterangus Village Hall

If you have been worried about getting back to exercise after a little break (or a bigger one), we got you!! Rome wasn’t built in a day!!

Classes are back on!

Hope you are looking forward to seeing what the new releases have in store! New strong will be on tomorrow morning at Balmedie Leisure Centre and I’m hoping to have the new circl release learned today on the journey back from Aberdeen from Yorkshire!

It’s been a lot of fun this last couple of weeks bringing back some old Zumba tracks!! Always a favourite to bring Bouje back! Takes me back to my early Zumba classes with Leyonee at Balmedie Leisure Centre when I first moved here in 2013! That track will always be instant feel good!
