210kg triples 🀩 (3 x 3)

10 weeks ago this block of training started with 3 sets x 8 reps at 120kg.

Remember you have to dig the foundations before you build the house.

Everyone wants that instant gratification!

But in order to peak and progress your strength you must get comfortable and secure with building strength and not testing all the time!

The larger the base, the higher the peak!

Ultimately this all leads to a limitless life!

A proper training program goes way beyond aesthetics and scale numbers.

So many times in the past 13 years people have came to me to lose weight, and within a few months of coaching this simple mindset shift happens and suddenly losing weight is not as important as when they started.

Why?

- They are stronger and achieving things they never thought possible

- They have more self confidence and self esteem

- They see overall body change (without the constant mind f**k of restrictive dieting and scale numbers)

WHY!

Below is the number 1 reason β€œWHY” I became a coach!

My whole childhood I had weight issues.

This restricted my life and sporting potential dramatically.

I feel I always had the co-ordination and skills to be good at many sports, but being extremely overweight and unfit always held me back from achieving my true potential.

This left me very frustrated!

But being a very driven and ambitious person I always wanted better for myself and most importantly I believed that β€œBETTER” was possible.

So it was at the age of 16 I got my first proper gym experience and I fell in love with it instantly, and the obsession began and grew from there!

I went from the back of the pack in the cross-country runs, to being strong among my peers, the feeling of self worth and confidence was priceless at that time for me.

Then at the age of 17 I began to study A-level PE and sports science, learning more on training and nutrition I began to evolve and implement some changes in my life, so I was able to control and manage my weight in a sustainable manner and begin to live life on my terms.

I have since then went on and achieved a BSc Sports Science, I’ve spent thousands of pounds educating myself on various different courses, I’ve helped hundreds of clients reach their goals and I’ve achieved some amazing things in various different sports.
I genuinely know that none of this would have been possible if I hadn’t made those changes!

My aim is to do the same for you!
