North Coast Grappling We run Gi and No Gi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes in Ballymoney. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes in Ballymoney and Ballycastle.

Unfortunately our seminar with Pixley that was due to be this Monday 22nd June is now postponed.

The new date will be Sunday 27th September.

If you had purchased a ticket through the Eventbrite link, you can either keep the ticket for the September date or we will arrange a refund for you. We will get in touch ASAP to arrange this.

Don't forget that we have a Saturday class for the Kids and Teens every week at 10am 🥋

We recommend that the kids are comfortable with sparring before joining in on this class but it will compliment their training from throughout the week and help them get ready for any competitions they might want to do.

At the end of each class during a Beginner Intake, you will have the option to join with the more experienced members for Open Mat.

We also encourage everyone to jump in on any of our other regular classes through the week. The best way to learn and figure out if you want to stick with the sport or not, is to give every opportunity a go that is presented to you.

Everyone was a beginner once and will help you out!
